Above and beyond

We teamed up with Disney/Pixar to create one of the most unique promotional tours in Hollywood history for Up. Inspired by the film’s main character, we built an exact replica of Carl Fredricksen’s easy chair and tethered it to 68 giant, Up-branded balloons, lifting celebrities and media personalities high above the crowd.

During its 5-week, 20-city trip, the Up, Up and Away Tour generated more than 63 million media impressions in print, broadcast, on the web and in live events, including such major programs and publications as LIVE with Regis & Kelly, Entertainment Tonight, Good Day LA, Boston Globe, Chicago Tribune, Dallas Morning News, and the Washington Post. It also won multiple awards including the Stevie Award for Best PR Event, Promo Magazine’s Pro Award and Summit International’s Marketing Effectiveness Award.
