What a night. We love getting together with our industry colleagues both past and present to celebrate what an awesome sector we’ve all decided to call our home. Some of us didn’t leave for our real homes until the early hours of the next day, but that’s a different story all together.
Having won the very same award back in 2015, we’re extremely excited with our 2017 award win of Best Supplier to Exhibitor at this years #ENAwards, because it brings together multiple facets of our business to offer our exhibitors the best in customer service, marketing to help drive successes in uptake and usage, and our development team for helping to create the most intuitive lead retrieval app in the market. Not only is our exhibitor customer satisfaction paramount to this award win, it means a lot more for us and our commitment to our organiser clients.
As we strive to engage further with our organiser customers and drive real-time insight from interactions between visitors and exhibitors, this award shows our clients that we care about their customers too.
In 2016, we processed over 2 million leads from exhibitors using Visit Connect and via our Zendesk support channel; we were rated as excellent by 93% of customers who used our online support. Fantastic!
