Stephane Doutriaux

Stéphane is a serial entrepreneur and a leading figure in the events industry. He sold his latest company in 2017, having built a team that includes experts in events, trade-shows, NFC technology, and leading Swiss design & electronics. Poken established itself as a leader in event technology, building a set of tools it labels as “The 360 degree event platform”, catering to some of the largest brands and event/exhibition organisers. Poken was acquired in March 2017 by GES, a NYSE-listed company provides full event services through a workforce of over 3500 employees worldwide. In the past 15 years Stéphane has founded two technology Startups, and worked on leading-edge products in Mobile, Web, and CRM within larger organizations. A passionate Canadian technology and social media executive, he has given a number of talks about real world social media and how technology is transforming the event industry.
