The current health crisis and economic situation around the globe is continuously evolving. In these unprecedented times, supporting our global community is particularly important. From all of us at GES, we wanted to reach out and say, first and foremost, thank you for being a part of our dynamic event community.
As always, GES is here to work with you to resolve issues and find alternatives in this evolving situation. We are starting to see signs of the initial reopening of economic activity in some countries and states. While at this point, it is still difficult to gauge when the events industry will fully reopen, we expect the way we operate will be different than in the past.
It will take the entire industry to navigate the new normal, and many of our teams are working diligently with you and will continue to reach out and seek your valuable input on innovating and designing the future for live events to revive and restart our industry.
To respond to these challenges and to leverage new opportunities, GES is:
- REFOCUSING on methods to help everyone feel safe while attending face-to-face events
- REINVENTING live events post COVID-19, including the delivery of hybrid virtual experiences, updated safety processes, and contactless service
- RECONNECTING everyone under new rules of engagement while providing innovative ways to conduct business and engage in meaningful conversations
The GES team and I appreciate you joining us on this journey.
