For AAMI Exchange in Denver, the priority was to deliver a cohesive and engaging experience that supported both exhibitors and attendees. A key part of that experience was ensuring the association’s presence on the show floor reflected its leadership in the industry.
This success was driven by two core elements. A strong onsite GES team that brought the right mix of expertise, responsiveness, and attention to detail, and clear and consistent communication that kept alignment at every stage of planning and execution
Together, this helped create a more efficient experience on the show floor and made things easier for both exhibitors and attendees.
From Vision to Show Floor
One of the most impactful elements of AAMI eXchange was the complete redesign and build of the association booth.
The booth, a 50x50 island layout, served as a central hub on the show floor. The goal was not just to expand the space, but to create an environment that supported multiple functions while better representing the brand in a modern and engaging way.
GES partnered closely with the client to guide the full process from concept through onsite execution. This included:
Collaborating on a layout that encouraged natural flow and interaction
Designing a space that supported education, networking, and staff engagement
Aligning every design element with evolving brand goals
The result was a booth that functioned as a central meeting area. It drew attendees in, supported meaningful conversations, and elevated the organization’s presence on the show floor.
Recreating and Enhancing the Experience
With a partnership dating back to 2019, GES brought a strong understanding of expectations and priorities. This made it possible to not just redesign the booth, but to recreate it in a way that improved both form and function.
The team refined key elements from previous years while introducing updates that made the space more intuitive and impactful. Returning attendees experienced a sense of familiarity, while also recognizing a clear step forward in the overall design and usability.
Feedback from the client reinforced the success of the approach and highlighted the value of a partner who can both evolve and execute a vision.
Outcome
AAMI eXchange in Denver brought together 160 exhibitors and more than 2,000 attendees across 31,000 net square feet, with the association booth acting as a central point of engagement on the show floor.
The success of the redesigned booth and overall execution led to a three year extension of the partnership with GES, reinforcing confidence in the team’s ability to deliver thoughtful design, strong collaboration, and consistent onsite performance.
Through strategic planning and focused execution, GES helped create a show floor destination that strengthened engagement and elevated the overall event experience.
