In 2025, IIA signed on with GES to refresh its show look and floor plan after years of working with another company. The first order of business was to reimagine the IIA Booth and Innovation Theater. GES was asked to design a sleek and modern look that would recapture attendees’ interest and sustain foot traffic for the show's duration. IIA also asked that their booth be directly connected to the Innovation Theater.

Due Diligence Done

With these goals in mind, the GES design team got to work crafting a functional yet bold show organizer booth and theater. This included:

• Guiding attendees immediately from the entrance to the IIA booth with a carpet walkway
• Creating a natural flow between the IIA booth and the Innovation Stage by having them face one another
• Employing upgraded, premium walls and fabric graphics to create a contemporary and clean finish to structures and staging

Results Worth Reviewing

By combining years of experience servicing events of all sizes with a complete understanding of IIA’s wants and needs, GES created show management spaces that boasted foot traffic throughout the event. The IIA Booth became a hub for networking, meetings and coffee chats, while the Innovation Theater featured various industry-leading speakers.
