Enlit Europe 2023, hosted in Paris at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, is a premier energy transition exhibition uniting over 700 international exhibitors and thought leaders from the power, grids, renewables, digital energy, and storage sectors. Our services supported exhibitors and organisers throughout the event’s exhibition floor.

The primary objective for this event was to deliver a highly functional and visually cohesive exhibition experience for a large and diverse group of participants. A key focus was enabling flexible stand configurations, from our reusable shell scheme booths to our premium stands, while supporting large feature areas, extensive meeting spaces, and high-quality branding throughout. A key focus was on sustainability, efficient floor planning, and enabling exhibitors to present their solutions with minimal logistical barriers. In addition, a consistent event identity was to be delivered through strategic floor covering, organiser signage, and coordinated booth presentation.

Our team delivered a comprehensive suite of services to support both exhibitors and organisers across the show floor. We constructed 165m² of reusable shell scheme booths to minimise waste and promote sustainability, while also supplying 26 meeting rooms to facilitate important conversations during the event.

Over 50 premium stands were provided, each designed to stand out and make a lasting impact with high-quality, on-brand presentations. To further enhance the exhibition experience, we supplied reusable furniture for exhibitor stands, organiser feature areas, and offices, and installed energy-efficient electrical fittings to help reduce the event’s carbon footprint. In addition, we delivered event carpet throughout selected areas, transforming the exhibition space into a cohesive and engaging environment.
