Celebrating its 60th edition in 2025, the event welcomed over 45,000 visitors from 94 different countries. The event, based at Paris-Nord Villepinte in France, is a hub for major global companies, innovative startups, experts, academics, scientists, and R&D leaders.

Maintain the event's reputation for innovation and excellence

The primary goal for JEC World 2025 was to maintain its reputation for innovation and excellence while ensuring a seamless and sustainable event experience for exhibitors and visitors alike. We were tasked with delivering comprehensive and localised show support, including advanced booth setups, reusable shell scheme booths, all printed graphics and signage, combined within a sustainable overall event delivery – all to be delivered and project managed by our teams based in Amsterdam and Paris.

  • Reusable shell scheme booths:  Delivered and constructed over 120 reusable booths to minimise waste and promote sustainability.
  • Advanced booth setups: Provided 51 customised space-only booth options to meet the diverse needs of exhibitors, from innovative startups to established industry leaders.
  • BeReady Exhibitor booth packages: Delivered 49 ready-to-use booth options for exhibitors seeking a hassle-free setup.
  • Customer service: Established 4 on-site customer service hubs to handle exhibitor inquiries and provide support throughout the build and open of the event.
  • Energy-efficient electrical fittings: Installed energy-efficient lighting and electrical fittings across the event to reduce the overall carbon footprint.
  • Graphics and signage: Our graphics team designed and produced all printed materials, including booth graphics, directional signage, and promotional banners, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing event environment.

How we did it

Becoming A Partner of Their Business

From a planning perspective, we had boots on the ground throughout the planning process to be physically present with our client. By working closely with JEC Group to become a partner of their business, our France and Netherlands-based teams conducted regular site visits and pre-show coordination meetings to ensure team alignment and transparent delivery from start to finish.

Two of the core requirements for the event were individuality and flexibility for exhibitors. While unique requirements and large-scale delivery don’t always go together within a narrow delivery window, we managed to provide a solution that ticked all the boxes.

To facilitate the requirements, we implemented 3 different modular booth build systems across all customer types. That meant that no matter if an exhibitor opted for a shell scheme or a more advanced design package, they were enabled to modify their booth’s structure to suit their individual exhibiting needs, effectively creating a fully customised package for every exhibitor.

To further support exhibitors with expressing their brand’s individuality, we designed “eye catchers” into the packages – a simple yet effective solution of adding additional height panels, solely to provide an elevated branding space to put them on par for exposure with fully custom build exhibitors without the cost.

With the heavy visual element of the event in mind, we know through our experience that exhibitors sometimes want to make changes once they see their creation in physical form. To that end, we built an on-site print hub to facilitate last-minute changes with minimal fuss. Our graphics team was pivotal in this process, ensuring that any adjustments were made quickly and to the highest standard, maintaining the visual integrity of the event.

When you add to that our 4 on-site customer care hubs and energy-efficient electrical installations, the end result was a cohesive and visually striking event that created a memorable experience for both exhibitors and visitors.

Our commitment to sustainability was evident in every aspect of the event. From reusable stands to energy-efficient fittings and booth recycling programs, the solutions provided were designed with the environment in mind.

The visually appealing and sustainable setup received positive feedback from exhibitors and visitors, highlighting our ability to deliver innovative and eco-friendly event services anywhere in Europe and beyond.

Despite the client's high expectations and specific requirements, we consistently rose to the challenge, delivering exceptional results year after year. Our efforts in 2023, 2024, and 2025 led to increasing success and revenue, demonstrating our ability to adapt and excel under demanding conditions. This consistent performance has earned us a renewed long-term contract, further solidifying our partnership and commitment to excellence.
