About the Event

SIFER is France’s only international B2B railway exhibition, bringing together the entire rail supply chain and transport ecosystem under one roof. Held at Lille Grand Palais, the 2025 edition of the event attracted over 7,000 railway professionals and more than 370 exhibitors from across Europe and beyond. From global OEMs and infrastructure specialists to start-ups and public authorities, SIFER serves as a platform for innovation, collaboration, and investment in next-generation railway solutions.

Objectives

Our mission was to deliver a seamless, end-to-end event infrastructure experience for SIFER 2025 - from core electrical services and modular stand builds to furniture hire, feature area implementation, and sustainable graphic solutions. The key objectives were:

  • To deliver flexible and scalable booth options to accommodate a diverse exhibitor profile.
  • To enable fast, high-quality on-site support through strategically located service desks.
  • To uphold the event’s commitment to sustainability through PVC-free graphics and reusable systems.
  • To transform functional areas into engaging feature zones that encouraged learning, networking, and press visibility.

Services provided

  • Reusable shell scheme stands: Delivered and constructed scheme stands to minimise waste and promote sustainability
  • Stand fitting and dismantling: Built all stands supplied by us and dismantled after the show.
  • Exhibitor & Organiser Furniture Hire: Supplied pieces of furniture for both exhibitor stands and organiser feature areas, and organiser offices.
  • Feature Areas: Including the Sales Lounge, Media Point stand, Registration, First Aid stands, and seating areas.
  • Customer service: Established on-site customer service hubs across the event during build-up and show open, offering immediate support for exhibitor inquiries.
  • Event carpet: Delivered vibrant, recyclable carpet across the entire hall, completely transforming the look and feel of the event.

How we did it

Our team worked closely with the SIFER organisers from the earliest stages, attending on-site planning meetings and pre-show walkthroughs to map out logistics, infrastructure, and exhibitor requirements. A strong emphasis was placed on pre-emptive planning and adaptability, especially for international exhibitors with complex customisation needs.

To support exhibitors, we delivered modular shell schemes that allowed each stand to reflect the exhibitor’s identity without the cost or time of a full bespoke build.

With sustainability as a key pillar of the event, all graphics were produced using PVC-free, recyclable materials.

The on-site service desks allowed us to react rapidly to any exhibitor concerns, keeping the build-up smooth and stress-free. Our multilingual customer support team acted as a direct liaison between exhibitors and the operations team.
