The Association of the United States Army (AUSA) is a nonprofit educational and professional development association serving America’s Army and supporters of a strong national defence.
AUSA appointed GES to design, build and manage its national pavilion at Eurosatory 2026, bringing together US defence companies under one cohesive and high-quality exhibition environment.
The brief was to deliver a premium, fully managed pavilion that reflected AUSA's brand, maximised exhibitor visibility and created a welcoming space for networking and business meetings.
As one of the leading global defence exhibitions, Eurosatory was a key opportunity for AUSA’s USA Defence Pavilion and its members to strengthen relationships with international military organisations, government representatives and industry stakeholders, while generating new business opportunities.
GES delivered a turnkey solution covering the full project lifecycle, from design and project management through to installation and onsite delivery.
The pavilion, covering approximately 1,000 sqm, was constructed using our modular beMatrix system, combined with custom-built features and premium finishes to create a modern and flexible environment. In total, 56 exhibitor stands were designed and constructed as part of the pavilion and each element was delivered on time and on budget.
In addition, GES assisted AUSA in the design and creation of its feature area - a multifunctional space that combined a Speaker Corner and an Exhibitor Lounge. The Speaker Corner hosted several industry-focused "micro sessions," providing attendees with opportunities to engage in educational and thought-provoking discussions. The Exhibitor Lounge offered AUSA members a comfortable space to relax, network, and recharge away from the busy show floor, featuring refreshments, comfortable seating, and other amenities.
GES worked closely with AUSA to maximise the use of the available space, developing an efficient and thoughtfully designed layout that delivered both functionality and an enhanced attendee experience despite spatial limitations.
