Fisher Scientific Euro Sales Meeting

The event consisted of a plenary session, breakout sessions and exhibition, with entertainment through two dinners, one including an awards ceremony at the Estoril Centro de Congresos, Portugal.

The brief was to create a business-like atmosphere within the main sessions, including the provision for content to be available in English, French, German and Spanish. Event critical information was to be relayed to delegates throughout the venue, with the ability to centrally manage and update as required. A further requirement was a cost-effective staging solution for achieving different ambiences from day to day within the same event space.
