Money20/20 Europe 2018

Blitz have delivered the AV and technical production for Money20/20, Europe’s largest FinTech event, since its European debut in 2016. In 2018, the event moved to the Rai, Amsterdam and we were on-hand to help the organiser, Ascential, make its boldest brand statement yet.

Our teams worked with the client to create a live event experience that expressed the cutting-edge, innovative and disruptive personality of FinTech, and give the thousands of leaders and visionaries at the conference a live experience they wouldn’t forget.

We supplied AV and technical production across the main plenary and six break out rooms, including a bespoke amphitheatre, conference overflow areas, digital signage and exhibition AV.

The focal point of the exhibition was the 5,000 seat plenary where the keynote sessions with high profile speakers took place. We delivered a compelling auditorium, including a 30m wide screen and arresting scenic elements. Eight projectors and widescreen blending were used to ensure seamless content across screens and surfaces - in total we used 77 metres of screen hardware in the show’s main plenary alone. Huge impact was achieved right from the start of the event via a spectacular welcome session, with smoke machines creating a dramatic atmosphere, followed by four confetti cannons to herald the finale.
