Frank Taylor & Associates make financial services engaging at The Dentistry Show

What did Frank Taylor and Associates need?

Frank Taylor & Associates are a financial services company that specialise in the dental industry. The company is made up of 3 businesses that would all be appearing on the same stand:

  • Browns Locumlink – wanted to capture data capture and hold informal chats with visitors
  • FT&A Financial – wanted an informal area for meetings – plus a semi private area for more in depth discussions
  • Frank Taylor – needed an enclosed area where visitors couldn’t be seen from the show floor so they can entertain with food and refreshments

Frank Taylor & Associates had appeared at The Dentistry Show, before – albeit with a much smaller stand. With the growing success of the event, Frank Taylor & Associates needed to cut through the clutter and make financial services look more appealing.

Michelle Hyde, Marketing Manager for Frank Taylor & Associates elaborated “It was the first time that we’d taken a bigger stand at the show so it was important for us to stand out from the crowd of other exhibitors in the show hall.”

How Frank Taylor & Associates was made:

The structure needed to be an equal mixture of inviting and private. To achieve this we designed and built the space around a primary “meet and greet area” with the entirety of the space decked out in Frank Taylor & Associates striking yellow and black branding. We then filled the interior of the space with seating areas that had increasing degrees of privacy for meetings and entertaining.

The Frank Taylor & Associates team needed help engaging visitors in financial services. To encourage engagement we arranged for an origami artist to be present. His job was to first, make a really cool looking tooth fairy to grab attention, then pull visitors in to have a go at making their own and engage with the Frank Taylor & Associates brand by adding their art to the space behind him. He’d then pass the visitors over to the stand representatives.

How Frank Taylor & Associates performed:

Frank Taylor & Associates enjoyed a busy space across both days of the event. With the added feature of the origami artist, they saw an increase in social media traffic – inspiring over 30 social media conversations that increased their presence.

If you’re looking for much harder statistics, the Frank Taylor & Associates space pulled in 64 leads for their sales team to work on.

What Frank Taylor & Associates thought:

GES designed and built a great quality stand for us at the Dentistry Show. It was the first time that we’d taken a bigger stand at the show so it was important for us to stand out from the crowd of other exhibitors in the show hall. From the outset, the team at GES understood our requirements and the type of look we were after for the stand. And the additional element of origami as our on-stand engagement worked brilliantly and really added a reason for visitors to drop by and have a chat to one of our team. In the weeks prior to the show, the GES team was on hand at all times and responded quickly to any queries or issues we had. We’re already looking forward to working with them for our next show later this year.
