Valencia College Hospitality & Tourism Management
Industry Experience & Facility Tour

Focused on our passion for inspiring young professionals to enter the Events and Exhibitions Industry, GES Orlando recently hosted students from the Valencia College Hospitality & Tourism Management. Students listened to presentations about our capabilities, industry highlights, and career opportunities. They toured the facility and enjoyed an overview of each department.

The students found this hands-on experience motivating and our team was thrilled to help. GES is proud to support Hospitality and Tourism Management programs that are shaping future industry professionals. To celebrate Global Meetings Industry Day #GMID2023 GES team members Adam Gordon, Bree Spickerman, and Jack Callahan attended MGM Resort's community service event. On March 30th, the industry reunited to celebrate Global Meetings Industry Day (GMID), an international day of advocacy showcasing the undeniable value that business meetings, trade shows, incentive travel, exhibitions, conferences, and conventions bring to people, businesses, and communities.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas Office Visit
GES Headquarters
Las Vegas, NV

The GES Las Vegas office hosted a group of UNLV Hospitality students for a capabilities presentation and warehouse tour. The visit was part of our ongoing efforts to promote the Account Associates program. The Account Associate Program offers recent college graduates a full-time position at GES with an immersive onboarding process and hands-on training. The program introduces new team members to key departments such as business development, client services, marketing, and operations where they experience the sales business cycle from start to finish.

During the visit, the students were able to see our facilities and the range of products and services we offer. Our team was excited to showcase our capabilities and answer students' questions about the trade show and events industry.

GES believes in providing opportunities for growth and development, and we are excited to continue to support the next generation of leaders in the trade show and events industry.
