VISIT CONNECT DASHBOARD VIEW
USING THE VISIT CONNECT MENU
When entering Visit Connect, you enter the Dashboard page.
With the menu on the left hand side you can navigate through the tool. All items shown in the menu are
optional per event. Event organizers decide which subjects/tools are used and shown for their event.
Visit Connect can be used on all types of devices such as desktop, mobile device or tablet. Running Visit
Connect on a mobile device and tablet will allow you and your team to scan badges with the camera to
collect leads.
» Dashboard - Overview to get yourself and your team ready for the event
» Team - Register your staff to provide access to the event and/
or invite staff to use Visit Connect lead retrieval and manage
their permissions
» Guests - View and personalize registration links to share with your
prospects to invite them to the event
» Questions - View and configure your (custom) questions so they can
be answered after capturing a lead
» Digital Content - View, edit and add digital content you want to
share with your leads
» Leads - View, f ilter and export leads collected
» User Support - Reach out to the online support team in case you need
any assistance
