The first half of the year has been all about connection. From industry events to Behind the Scenes experiences, teams across GES have created meaningful opportunities to engage with clients and showcase what we do best.

 

PCMA: Dinner & Reception
We kicked off the year at PCMA with a client dinner and reception that brought partners together in a relaxed setting. It was a great opportunity to reconnect, build new relationships, and start the year on a strong note.

 

 

Chicago St. Patrick’s Day Celebration
In March, the BD team came together to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, creating a fun and relaxed setting to connect with clients and strengthen relationships. Clients and the GES team kicked things off at the Chicago St. Patrick’s Day Parade, then continued the celebration at Buddy Guy’s with a full day of activities. Highlights included the Leprechaun Lounge for kids, featuring interactive games, a magician, and hands-on activities, along with a live performance by the Gleeson Trio Band and more.

 

Orlando Client Appreciation Night
The evening began with a reception at Ole Red, followed by a visit to the Blue Man Group at ICON Park. It was a night centered on recognition, meaningful conversation, and celebrating our shared success.


Behind the Scenes: AAN
At AAN, clients got an inside look at how GES brings events to life. The Behind the Scenes experience created valuable one-on-one time and showcased the detail and expertise behind the scenes.


Behind the Scenes: MODEX
MODEX provided another opportunity to highlight our capabilities in action. Clients experienced firsthand how our teams execute complex events while building stronger connections along the way.


Behind the Scenes: AUTOMATE
At AUTOMATE, the Behind the Scenes experience continued to build momentum. These moments allowed us to engage directly with clients, demonstrate our work, and open the door for future opportunities.
