New Badge Options & Expanding ERG Community at GES

Pronouns Now Optional on Employee Name Badges

We’re excited to share that employees now have the option to include their pronouns on their company name badges. This update reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a workplace where everyone feels seen, respected, and valued.

The current name‑tag request process remains the same—simply choose whether you’d like pronouns added, then indicate your preferred pronouns when submitting or updating your badge information.

Thank you for helping us continue to build a culture of inclusion and belonging for all.

Two New Employee Resource Groups Are Forming

We’re excited to share that GES is launching two new Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) —one to support our Neurodiverse employees and one for employees who identify as Asian or Pacific Islander.

These new ERGs join the family of ERGs that GES has launched in the past year: BOLD (Black Organization for Leadership & Diversity), as well as Café y Cultura, our ERG serving Hispanic and Latiné employees. As well, TRUE Colors, our ERG supporting the LGBTQAI+ employees, and Women@GES, supporting women at GES. These ERGs all work to help strengthen connection, visibility, and belonging across GES while creating opportunities for community, mentorship, and professional growth. Our ERGs are open to all employees, both members of these communities and their aspiring allies.

We’re currently looking for employees interested in helping shape and launch the Neurodiverse ERG and the Asians@GES groups. If you’d like to get involved as an early member or part of the organizing team, we’d love to hear from you. And if you are interested in joining or learning about one of the other ERGs, please email Jonathan Stutz (jstutz@ges.com).
