Meet Our Account Associates

Developed in 2014, the Account Associate Program offers recent college graduates a full-time position at GES with an immersive onboarding process and hands-on training. The program introduces new team members to key departments such as business development, client services, marketing, and operations where they experience the sales business cycle from start to finish. Each team member is given the opportunity to engage and interact with clients and experience site visits, creative and planning meetings, and be onsite to assist with the production and management of key accounts that are assigned to each associate early in the onboarding process. At the end of the first year, associates are given additional responsibilities and are ready to perform business development, client services, creative, and marketing roles throughout GES.

Rachel Estey - Orlando, Florida

  • I am excited to meet new people with so much valuable knowledge to share with me. I hope to see myself grow within GES!
  • I love to travel anywhere on the West Coast.
  • When I am not working, I enjoy going on walks, trying new restaurants, and catching up with long-distance friends and family.
  • I just started watching Game of Thrones, very late to the train, I know!

Nicole Leon - Lakeview, Illinois
Class of 2022 - Saint Mary's College Notre Dame 

  • I am very excited to be in a fast-paced environment where I get to meet various people. Also, get to see the show be brought to life from start to finish. 
  • I am excited to visit New York, LA, and Miami/Orlando.
  • In my free time, I enjoy cooking, watching formula one, and playing putt-putt golf.
  • Recently I have enjoyed reading Every Summer After and watching Stranger Things. 

Reilly Kouba - Evergreen Park, Illinois
Class of 2021 - The University of Alabama 

  • I am excited about a lot of things! Getting to travel to new places, meeting new people, and seeing shows I'm working on come together. 
  • I would love to visit California, Nashville or anywhere on the East Coast. Honestly, I am excited to travel anywhere and see new places! 
  • In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going on walks with my dog, and trying new restaurants around Chicago.  
  • I recently read and loved the book Where the Crawdad’s Sing. 


Jack Callahan - Las Vegas, Nevada
Class of 2022 - Arizona State University 

  • I am excited to work for GES to experience a variety of shows and meet all sorts of people.
  • I would love to visit Nashville, San Diego, and Canada (Calgary/Vancouver).
  • In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, playing hockey, skiing, hiking, and going on road trips.
  • Recently I have enjoyed watching Letterkenny, Criminal Minds, and World War 2 in Color.

Bree Spickerman - Las Vegas, Nevada
Class of 2021 - The University of Nevada at Reno

  • What excites me about this industry is how it is such a huge part of Las Vegas, where I was born and raised. How we get to work with clients from all different types of industries and constantly learn new things are some of the aspects that excite me. I really look forward to being able to travel to different places as well. I am happy to be a part of this company where I’ve already met so many amazing people who you can rely on, but who also encourage you to succeed and be the best you can be.   
  • I am hoping to travel to Seattle, Nashville, and New York
  • I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, traveling and reading. 
  • I’ve just started reading Mrs. Dalloway by Virginia Woolf. Also, I am currently rewatching the Big Bang Theory for the 3rd time.
