Industry Gold Standard For New Show Ready – The Edit

Global Experience Specialists’ (GES) new design-led exhibitor product, Show Ready – The Edit, has secured Gold certification from industry sustainability initiative, Better Stands. The project has served as a pilot for the pre-certification of products and means that all Show Ready stands used within Europe, will be able to carry the gold standard badge before hitting the show floor. The move will therefore reduce the onus on exhibitors to gain certification onsite.

GES has worked in partnership with Better Stands to share how the Show Ready suite is developed, built and transported to demonstrate how it meets requirements and will be regularly audited in order to continue meeting the Gold standard benchmark.

“Exhibitors are now able to choose a product that combines bold, design-led aesthetics with adaptability, all while supporting their sustainability goals. By ensuring our Show Ready stands are pre-certified, we take the onus from the exhibitor to achieve Better Stands accreditation and instead supply a product that is already recognised for its sustainable credentials,” said Kate Holliday, Head of ESG, GES EMEA. “We are pleased to have played an integral role in helping to pilot this scheme and look forward to continue supporting clients in producing sustainable projects without compromising on design,” she added.

This month Kate shared how GES build events in a creative, strategic and sustainable way at Barcelona’s IBTM World. She was joined on stage by GES EMEA Creative Director, Penny Banks and together they discussed how good things can happen when creativity meets sustainability.

Show Ready – The Edit, launched last month as a new premium chapter in its award-winning Show Ready collection. Created for exhibitors who want to combine larger, more expressive design with smarter sustainability, The Edit redefines what modular exhibiting can be — beautifully crafted, endlessly adaptable, and circular by design.

Building on the success of the original Show Ready range, which gave brands an accessible, design-led route to market, The Edit introduces a more sophisticated aesthetic, a refined materials story, and greater creative flexibility. It allows exhibitors to achieve bespoke-level impact — without the complexity, cost, or waste of a custom build.
