Transforming Event Graphics Through Sustainable Fabric Printing

Written by Amie Shupe | Mar 4, 2026 2:31:04 AM

If you're planning a trade show or event and looking for ways to reduce your environmental impact, you're in the right place. Our eco-friendly print solutions are designed to help you create stunning visuals while staying committed to sustainability. At the heart of our approach is Direct-to-Fabric (DTF) printing, a cleaner, more efficient alternative to traditional textile printing.

Why Direct-to-Fabric Printing Makes a Difference
DTF printing offers several key benefits that make it a smart choice for eco-conscious event planners:

  • Less Waste: Traditional printing methods often result in leftover materials and excess ink. DTF printing uses only what’s needed, helping to minimize waste.
  • Lower Water Usage: Unlike conventional dyeing processes, DTF printing drastically reduces water consumption.
  • Eco-Friendly Inks: We utilize non-voc inks
  • On-Demand Production: DTF allows for short-run, customized printing—reducing overproduction and waste.
  • Faster Turnaround: With fewer steps involved, DTF printing speeds up production without compromising quality.
Fabric Options & Finishing Touches

In our Las Vegas facility, we currently offer Blockout Black Back White Fabric, which is 100% opaque and flame-retardant (FR rated)—perfect for high-traffic event environments. We also provide a range of finishing options to suit your display setup:

  • SEG (Silicone Edge Graphics) for AMP and FIT frames
  • Pole Pockets for hanging banners
  • Column wraps with various finishing

All of our graphics are precision-designed to fit seamlessly with our proprietary AMP and FIT framing systems, ensuring a clean, professional look every time.

Eco-Friendly Material Options
We offer a variety of sustainable materials to support your green initiatives:

  • Fabric: 100% polyester, recyclable material. Available in blockout styles, with SEG & pole pockets depending on needs.
  • Eco Board: A sturdy, cardboard-like material that’s a great alternative to Foamcore for signage and meter boards.
  • Coroplast: A ribbed, corrugated plastic ideal for outdoor signage with step stakes.
  • Phototex: A repositionable, low-tack decal with a matte finish—perfect for temporary signage on smooth surfaces like glass or metal.
  • Styrene: Thin, flexible, recyclable material used for inserts and lightweight signage.
