As the Gala attendees entered the foyer of the Georgia International Convention Center, they were met with a 16’ tall, hand carved Coca-Cola bottle fabricated by the team at ON. The bottle was lit up  and animated, using projection mapping technology, as photos of 150 students floated from the bottom of the bottle to the top, like the carbonated bubbles in a bottle of Coca-Cola. Behind the bottle sat a custom “bubble” themed backdrop, and at each entrance to the General Session room, a Coca-Cola red “bubble” archway framed the doorway.

The General Session included projection with ten Barco HDX 20k projectors across one 15’ x 45’ center screen and two 11’ x 20’ outboard screens with a coke “bubble” themed set running the width of the stage. Photos of the 150 students being honored at the Gala were projection mapped to the scenic “bubbles” using a Coolux Pandora’s Box media server . The ON Design Studio worked with the team at Coca-Cola to ensure Power Point templates and video footage were consistent with their theme and impactful for their audience. The audio was pumped throughout the room for an audience of 1,000 people using a concert quality line-array sound system, and the lighting rig, complete with stage wash and specials, added to the visual intrigue.
