Reed Exhibitions needed us to deliver a consistent and reliable service to exhibitors after the closure of Earls Court, relocating International Jewellery London to Olympia Grand after 25 years of success. Our task was to not only deliver a seamless transition for exhibitors into the new venue, but build an event that exceeded expectations to drive the event forward at its new venue.
On top of deliver our core services, we also delivered 700m2 of premium shell scheme to enhance the visitor experience and make them feel like they were walking around a high-end design gallery, plus an intricately designed entrance carpet feature, design and delivery of a fully functioning restaurant, a champagne bar, tea room, sales room and a registration area.
As a result of our use of Zen Desk on IJL, we were able to answer tickets within, on average, 12 minutes - a staggering achievement for any event. This success gave exhibitors a far better event experience, reflected in our impressive, post event net promoter score and press coverage stating:
"Early forecasts show the 2014 edition of International Jewellery London (IJL) welcomed a 4% increase in visitors following its move to Olympia Grand in London, with a 15% increase in attendance from its Diamond Club members."

GES were our main contractor for IJL 2015. This year we moved venues from Earls Court to Olympia so it was more important than ever to produce beautiful features and an exemplary service to us and even more importantly, all our exhibitors.
