Venue: The International Centre, Telford

Services: The key objective for Xylem was increasing brand awareness and informing clients about the new products. As an international company specialising in water treatment solutions, Xylem had an existing stand builder to look after its global exhibition programme, but required local knowledge from a reliable partner with ‘boots on the ground’ to exhibit at the venue for the first time.

Following a competitive tender process, we secured a multi-year deal to deliver its presence at Pump Centre Conference. With offices in close proximity to the venue, we were able to handle all aspects of the exhibition; from stand design, to build and staff transportation. Moreover, our in-house logistics team were able to overcome the logistical challenges of transporting Xylem’s 450kg pumps and placing these inside the venue.
