Giving Money20/20 Europe the perfect vision

Ascential praised the work of Blitz, after a hugely successful Money20/20 Europe.

Money20/20 is a world-leading financial services event that started out in the US and came to Europe for the first time this year, with 4000 attendees, 150 key sponsors, 400 speakers and a number of media partners exhibiting at the Bella Centre, Copenhagen.

Blitz, the market leading supplier of audio visual equipment and technical staging solutions, along with GES, were recruited by Ascential deliver their full range of core and technical services, as well as RFID delegate registration and tracking.

Graham Pope, group commercial director, Blitz, said; “At Money20/20, as well as the core services that are provided by GES, we’ve expanded the scope of our services and we’ve included all the technical production as well, so we’ve delivered five key track rooms, a main seminar for 3,000 people, our RFID delegate-tracking solution and badging solution, so a full end-to-end solution from GES.”

Jess Metcalfe, operations manager for Ascential, praised the work of Blitz; “Working with Blitz and GES as a whole has been really brilliant, they got appointed quite late in the day, which meant that there was a massive challenge in terms of turning everything around with the visuals, the quotes.
