Arjun Chakravarti to Deliver Keynote at Large Show Roundtable, April 4, San Antonio

ARLINGTON, VA—February 1, 2019—Behavioral economics refers to how people learn and form attitudes in a human context. It is revolutionizing the design and delivery of products and services across every sector. Executives, directors, and managers of large shows will hear how their events can benefit from the lessons of behavioral economics when GES Senior Vice President Arjun Chakravarti delivers the keynote address at Large Show Roundtable (LSR).

A production of Lippman Connects, LSR will take place at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, TX, on April 4, 2019.

“B2B show organizers bring together business people to make business decisions. When organizers better understand the rational and irrational behaviors that direct decision-making, we will be better able to deliver value to customers, markets, and our organizations,” said Sam Lippman, president of Lippman Connects.

“Arjun is one the very few experts in exhibitions and conventions who can explain in practical language how behavioral economics applies to shows with 125,000 or more net square feet,” Lippman added.

Chakravarti is Senior Vice President of Analytics & Insights Solutions at GES. His team uses a data-driven approach to uncover and deliver insights that lead to high-value engagement for customers. A thought leader at the intersection of innovation and analytics, Chakravarti was previously Managing Director of Level 100, a Chicago-based strategy consultancy serving major corporate clients in industries as diverse as information technology, media, food, and CPG.
