Glacier Skywalk

Solid cool

In 2012, Jasper National Park in Alberta, Canada, looked for new ways to increase park tourism. Brewster Travel Canada asked us to help design unique interactive features for their upcoming park attraction, the Glacier Discovery Walk. The installation begins with a 400-meter boardwalk, immersing visitors in a guided experience that explores the unique ecosystem and the natural and aboriginal history of the Columbia Ice field. The walkway leads to a glass-floored observation deck suspended over the Sunwapta Valley offering stunning views of the ice fields 280 meters below.
