Find a Future is a part government-funded organisation that promotes the value of vocational training and education to young adults. One of their biggest shows is the Skills Show, which takes place every November at the NEC. It’s also one of the biggest shows in the UK.Our team integrated fully into the Find a Future operation to gain a greater understanding of the event and became part of the team. It was a winning formula which had a massive impact on the customer and visitor experience. Enjoyment levels among young people at the show were up from 88% in 2013 to 94%, and 97% of young people who attended were looking to take positive action following The Skills Show.
We’ve worked with GES for the last 4 years, and the level of service we get, continues to improve year on year. We see the GES team as an extension to our own team and the two now work together harmoniously, to ensure the exhibitors and stakeholders have the smoothest experience possible, the young visitors are inspired by what they see, the creative is as striking as it can be, and all the technical details are captured and delivered flawlessly. With The Blitz team now joining the GES group, I have no doubts that the combined talent and experience will be able to take care of all the delivery detail as one account team, which will give us more breathing space to put more creativity into the event. The team working on our account have an ingrained interest and understanding of our particular event needs and challenges, and by working together, we are able to create solutions to all the challenges, and have a lot of fun along the way!
