World Trade Center

A towering achievement

Ten years after 9/11, Silverstein Properties had nearly 9 million square feet of commercial real estate to lease in the 3 new World Trade Center towers. We worked with mOcean on a marketing center that would inspire visitors and make them want to be a part of the new, dynamic, mixed-use environment.

We designed and built a multi-dimensional experience that transformed the 6,500 square-foot marketing center into an engaging exhibit, with interactive self-guided tours, building models, 3-D animations and videos. The exhibit included 3 distinct areas that, in turn, presented the overall vision for the new World Trade Center, introduced the architects for each tower and provided leasing information. The vast majority of office space in each of the buildings is currently leased.
