Floor Plans, Floor Planning & Carpet Plan

Written by GES Marketing | Jan 2, 2025 12:28:06 PM

Whether you want to create a new floor plan from scratch, or build on a previous edition, GES are here to help.

To get started, please let us know whether you'd like to use your maximum projected floorplan or a layout from a previous edition. Together, we’ll review and update your initial floorplan before designing experience-enhancing layouts for registration areas, meeting spaces and feature zones.

To ensure a safe and efficient setup, any final changes should be submitted at least 48 hours before the mark-out date.

Once your floorplan is drawn up, you (the event organiser) must submit the final plan for venue approval. If significant adjustments are made during the pre-show process, we may recommend resubmission to ensure the venue is satisfied with the changes. Please note that no changes can be made once the show has opened.

Carpet Plan
If your chosen venue is not carpeted, we can help you create a carpet plan that's especially designed for your show site. This includes aisle, wall-to-wall, and show management areas.

Confirming your order details for carpeting no later than 15 weeks before your event means we can deliver on all your flooring needs.
