Making GES your show’s Official Logistics Partner means we can co-ordinate with your exhibitors to provide them with important services and solutions ahead of your show. Covering everything from customs clearance to on-site builds and goods transportation, our friendly team will be on hand to help.

Services

The specialist logistics team at GES offer a range of services, including:

• Safe warehouse storage for consignments both before, after and between events
• Specialist customs clearance services for international exhibitors
• A courier receiving service for consignments sent to show site
• Delivery for consignments to and from the venue
• Unloading, reloading and positioning by forklift or crane on stand
• Empty case storage for the duration on the show
• Door to door services from the show location to advance storage warehouse or direct to show site alongside return shipping after the event or onwards shipping to your next event.

Advanced warehouse storage is a newly added service which gives exhibitors peace of mind, ensuring that their freight arrives promptly ahead of the show open date. Freight is delivered three days in advance of the on-site show build. It’s also a great sustainable option, as it limits the number of vehicles on the road and reduces C02 emissions.

Our logistics department have their own in-house customs, offering an end-to-end service to so your exhibitor’s freight enters and exits the event seamlessly.

Ordering Logistics

Your exhibitors can order logistics by downloading the order form from your event’s personalised Online Exhibitor Store (when we're the official supplier on the show) and returning it to our team.

Exhibitors are provided with their own dedicated logistics project manager to help decide which service best suits them and answer any questions. A project manager will be provided to an exhibitor from enquiry straight to the event close date and they’ll also be available on-site during the show. This is just one example of our team going that extra mile to make you and your exhibitors pre-show journey easier!

Logistics services are priced individually according to an exhibitor’s specific requirements.

Safety

Our logistics team are fully qualified and accredited including our fork-lift drivers and machinery operators.

We carry out thorough risk assessments before undertaking any large-scale lifts and have NEBOSH certified crew on-site to oversee health and safety measures. This way we can ensure your event is as safe as possible.
