During International Confex 2020, Visit's group commercial director Matt Coyne caught up with Adam Parry (co-founder, Event Tech Live) and Sunny Patel (director of sales, Shinesmith) to discuss the importance of using data and insight to sell smarter. 

They explored the  increasing number of tools and information available to help exhibition sales teams have more intelligent conversations, build trust with customers, and ultimately to boost exhibition revenues - especially during the all-important rebooking process.
