GES Joins the FESPA UK Community

GES has continued to expand its partnerships across the world of business by achieving accreditation and membership of FESPA UK, a community that brings together businesses in the graphic, signage, and specialist print industries. The organisation has also modeled itself as an incubator to encourage innovation across the sector, as well as the creation of new ideas to make the industry more sustainable and dynamic.

GES joins with its own objective of continuing to lead on innovation within the events industry, by exploring creative solutions in different market sectors. FESPA UK provides guidance, training, and networking opportunities to its members, but is also behind a number of shared learning initiatives that encourage better products and working practices, from sustainable printing to material and textile design, right down to waste management.

“Innovation is a big part of our strategy, be it across our products and service, to our approach to sustainable events design,” comments, Jason Holt, Product Director, GES EMEA. “By entering the FESPA UK community we can share the work we’ve been doing to make our own designs and products more environmentally friendly and find new ways of creating materials that create more powerful events and exhibitions.”

“We’re delighted to have GES join our community. Our aim is to encourage networking and sharing across the industry and having a business of the scale, reach and track record of GES is an excellent addition to FESPA UK” commented Suzi Ward, Managing Director of FESPA UK. “As a member, GES have gained our waste management accreditation, a representation of responsibility and sustainability that should give their customers even more confidence in working with them.”

As part of the partnership, GES will also benefit from the organisation’s connections with a networking of 36 global FESPA associations, allowing the business to replicate its learning around the world.
