SHOWTECH Power & Lighting, part of the GES Collective, has been recognized with the Electrical Safety Authority’s inaugural Electrical Safety Partnership Award for its work supporting FIFA in Toronto.
The award recognizes the collaboration and early planning required to safely deliver the complex temporary electrical infrastructure for FIFA, including more than 600 temporary power circuits and up to 15 km of temporary power cable.
At the heart of this achievement was Russ and the SHOWTECH team, who led the planning, coordination and execution required to bring the project to life safely. Working alongside FIFA Canada, the City of Toronto, Toronto Hydro, Exhibition Place, Aggreko and Arena Group, the team helped ensure the extensive temporary electrical infrastructure was delivered with safety at the forefront.
This recognition reflects the expertise, teamwork and commitment to safety that Russ and the entire SHOWTECH team bring to every project.
Congratulations to Russ and the SHOWTECH team on this well-deserved recognition!
