Visit by GES Launches Next-Gen Exhibition Touchpoints

AMSTERDAM, June 22, 2026 - Visit by GES, the end-to-end event technology provider, has announced the launch of their new generation of Touchpoints - NFC-enabled devices designed to capture visitor interest at exhibition stands effortlessly.

Touchpoints allow visitors to tap their badge and receive digital content. Each interaction gives exhibitors lead data that traditional lead capture methods cannot produce: quiet browsers, senior buyers doing independent research, and anyone who wants to avoid friction.

This upgrade was driven by the need to improve the deployment experience for organisers, and to create a more intuitive visitor experience.

Here’s what’s new compared to the previous version:

  • Significantly extended battery life: up to 23 days

  • Bigger and more robust hardware with a redesigned experience

  • More intuitive UI with a cleaner, minimalistic design

  • New digital display

“At most stands, the lead report reflects conversations, not presence. Visitors who browse, handle a product, and leave without speaking to anyone simply do not appear in the data. Touchpoints exist to close that gap,” said Frank van Veen, Hardware Engineer at Visit by GES. “The new generation is faster to deploy and more accurate in the field. The problem it solves has not changed.”

A free pilot at select upcoming shows will be available for organizers who want to measure the gap between captured leads and total stand interactions.
