Visit by GES launches learning platform to support customers globally

Visit by GES has unveiled its latest customer training resource aimed at improving efficiency and supporting clients’ skills development. Visit Academy is a new digital learning platform that allows users 24-hour access to comprehensive learning resources, encouraging them to work more independently and flexibly.

 

As part of its initial launch, Visit Academy offers customers access to organiser-focused materials. Soon, it will be complemented by Connect and Discover courses, which will provide content for exhibitors and visitors, respectively.

 

“Our goal with Visit Academy is to give organisers access to training when it suits them, no matter where they are in the world. We want everyone to have the opportunity to make the most of the Visit platform and use it confidently whenever they need to. We're currently working on training materials for both exhibitors and visitors so that every audience we serve can maximise their event experience,” said Cristina Achim, Head of Product Management, Event Intelligence, GES EMEA. 

As the team sees an increasing take-up from organisers, the next focus will be to provide accreditation for those who complete the courses. A series of high-level videos is also planned, designed to help organisations understand how Visit can meet their needs in creating stand out events.
