Please note that we have used filler content like “Event Name Goes Here”, “Deadline date” and “Logo image”  to provide a visual representation of what the emails could look like with the dynamic content filled in – these details will be tailored to match your event information (learn more on the Exhibitor service communications overview page)

  • Email 2: Onboarding email – Subject line: Need a hand getting started with your stand for [Event Name Goes Here]?
  • Email 3: Design (segmented according to stand type)
  • Email 4: Logistics email – Subject line: Have you booked your Logistics and Shipping for [Event Name Goes Here]?
  • Email 5: Electrics reminder email – Subject line: Last chance to save 20% on stand electrics at [Event Name Goes Here]
  • Email 6: Discount deadline email – Subject line: Your 20% exhibitor discount for [Event Name Goes Here] is about to expire!
  • Email 7: Final orders (segmented according to stand type)

Quality assurance process:

To avoid potential errors, we thoroughly test all email programs before they are scheduled to be sent.

Our quality assurance process involves the creator (author) of the email program, and its associated assets, running through a pre-flight checklist before passing the campaign over to another team member (approver) for final approval.

This process checks for potential issues with email layout, dynamic content (tokens), image rendering, links, content – including typos and incorrect information, automation triggers, data health and scheduling.
