First things first…

There’s some key information that we need from you throughout the planning process.

One of the first things we do is set up your online exhibitor store (you may hear this referred to as an Expresso page). It’s really important that you provide us with the following items as soon as possible:

  • Maximum projected floorplan, or floorplan from a previous edition
  • Current exhibitor list
  • Event dates, venue and location
  • Design and brand guidelines

 

Many of our products and services have separate order deadlines and key installation dates that you’ll need to be aware of and your pre-show deadlines as an organiser may differ from those for your exhibitors. Your designated Account Manager will be able to go over your specific pre-show timeline and answer any questions you might have.
