The Association of Performing Arts Professionals is the national service, advocacy and membership organization for the live performing arts field. APAP is dedicated to developing and supporting the robust performing arts presenting, booking, and touring industry and the professionals who work within it.  APAP|NYC is the world's premier gathering of the performing arts presenting, booking, and touring industry and the annual members' conference of the Association of Performing Arts Professionals.

Show Organizer's Thoughts:

"2023 marked our return to in-person convening since the onset of the Pandemic. The Arts industry was severely impacted and still recovering from COVID. We face many barriers in production which resulted in a condensed planning timeline. GES has been and continues to be a great partner. We debuted a new floor plan for our expo hall along with a new booth selection process for the first time in over 20 years. The changes were well received and our exhibitors reported being able to conduct significant amounts of business in the new setting."
