Global Career Development Conference
The Global Career Development Conference was attended by a diverse array of professionals, including career development practitioners, facilitators, counselor educators, counselors, and specialists. The annual conference warmly welcomed and encouraged the participation of graduate students. Notably, the event saw active engagement from NCDA Board members, committee chairpersons, state career development association leaders, constituency groups, and esteemed award winners. Embracing a constituency model, NCDA strived to cater to the diverse needs of its members. The conference provided an excellent platform for attendees to meet with the Board Trustee of their respective constituency groups, fostering networking opportunities and facilitating connections with colleagues sharing similar interests and work settings, while also promoting better communication between the membership and the NCDA Board.
