Electrics are an essential element of any event. Appointing GES as your official electrics contractor means your exhibitors will exclusively order from us, ensuring the highest on-site standards.


Ordering Electrics

Exhibitors will be able to order electrical services via the phone or through your event’s Online Exhibitor Store with our easy online order forms. They’ll be able to choose from a range of services, including spotlights, fluorescent lighting, sockets and more.



Order forms are produced for each exhibition and prices do differ from one event to the next, this is because the Mains tariff varies from venue to venue.  Our fitting price normally remains consistent. We try to be as transparent as we possibly can when it comes to prices as we recognise that exhibiting can become expensive.

We know exhibiting can be an expensive business, that's why our order form breaks down the prices so exhibitors can understand our prices and know exactly what they are paying for. The costing for electrical services is broken down into Mains and Fitting.

Our prices include the electrical products themselves and factor in administration and planning costs, installation, maintenance and removal once the event has finished.

Exhibitors that order early benefit from a 20% discount because it really helps us plan how the events are built, a bit of a “thank you” if you like.

After that, electrical items are charged at standard rate and on-site purchases are subject to a surcharge. They will be notified of upcoming discount deadlines through our specialised Exhibitor Email Campaign.


All our exhibitor stands are subject to on-site testing before the show opens to ensure your show is safe.

We follow strict guidelines regarding wattage and power supply, and have limitations on the number of items that can be plugged into a single socket. Our specialist order team will be able to talk your exhibitors through these rules and regulations before the show goes live.
